Business Development Manager
£50,000 – £60,000
Location: London (Hybrid)
Are you a business development professional from a sports or creative background looking to break into the cultural and visitor attractions sector?
Do you thrive on building relationships, pitching ideas, and driving growth in dynamic, fast-moving environments?
We want to hear from you.
The Company
We’re a rapidly growing creative technology business that delivers immersive multimedia solutions to clients in the cultural and visitor attractions sector – from museums and theatres to sports stadiums, immersive experiences, and theme parks.
We collaborate with marketing teams, experience designers, and commercial heads to deliver standout experiences using cutting-edge hardware and content – helping our clients engage audiences in fresh, memorable ways.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, commercially sharp Business Development Manager to help grow our client base across sport, heritage, arts, and entertainment. Whether you’ve worked in sports agencies, creative marketing, or a commercial role at a rights-holder or venue, you’ll bring an instinct for uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and pitching ideas that excite.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and develop new business across cultural and non-cultural sectors: sports, events, entertainment, and visitor attractions.
- Build and manage a strong prospect list, with regular outreach and tailored follow-up.
- Pitch multimedia solutions that bring environments to life and enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, sports summits, marketing forums, and conferences.
- Support tendering processes and manage existing client accounts with care and attention.
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to craft bespoke solutions that reflect client objectives.
- Track activity and pipeline through our CRM, with support from internal teams.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing sales or business development role – ideally in sports, marketing, content, or creative services.
- Perhaps you’ve worked with agencies, rights-holders, attractions, or brands, and know how to pitch value in creative, commercial terms.
- A natural relationship builder – curious, persuasive, and confident presenting ideas to senior decision-makers.
- Self-starting, with the ability to balance strategic targeting with day-to-day delivery.
- Comfortable working across different sectors and shaping solutions to fit the client, not the other way around.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- £50,000 – £60,000 salary.
- Exciting pipeline of projects across sports, arts, heritage, and entertainment.
- Join a creative, ambitious team building standout experiences across the UK and beyond.
- Hybrid working setup – work from home, with travel to clients and industry events.
- Mobile phone allowance, pension, and the opportunity to make your mark in a high-growth business.
