Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to work on behalf of our busy Liverpool well established client. This role involves curtain side trailerwork, delivering goods across the UK. Drivers will be required to tramp Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle with curtain side trailer
• Nationwide deliveries and collections
• Responsible for vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
• Securing loads in compliance with safety standards
• Tramping overnight Monday to Friday (nights out paid)
• Adhering to all relevant UK driving laws, regulations, and working time directives
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Class 1 driving (curtain side preferred)
• No more than 6 points on a licence (no DR, DD, IN endorsements)
• Must be comfortable with overnight tramping
• Good communication and timekeeping skills
